Terms and Conditions

RETURNS

Big Valley Packaging must be notified in writing of order changes or cancellations to stock type items before orders are in process to ship or have shipped.
Changes to custom made or custom printed products must be done in writing before any plates, tooling, or products/material is made.
Custom made or printed items, or quantities that we do not regularly stock are NCNR (non-cancellable, non-refundable).

  • Stock packaging items to be returned must be in resalable quantities and condition within ten (10) days of purchase for credit, less a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges.   Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on returns and canceled returned items.   Big Valley Packaging is not responsible for returns lost during shipping, we recommend using an insured service with tracking capabilities.  

  • Custom packaging is not eligible for cancellation or return.

PRICING PAYMENTS AND MINIMUM ORDER

We try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change or fluctuate without notice.  Upon reordering we can verify costs and notify you of any industry manufacturer increases.

  • Payment Methods: Within the U.S. we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal. Payment is due at the time of order.   Overseas customers please contact us for payment information details.

  • Minimum Order: Big Valley Packaging does not have a minimum dollar order on our stock shipping supplies through our stock supply warehouse.  Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in. Specialty packaging items may have a minimum case quantity, or a minimum invoice or lot charge. Custom made and printed packaging minimums will depend on the commodity.
    Pricing is based on volume quantity ordered.

SHIPPING

Our stock shipping supplies warehouse (www.packingshippingsupplies.com) orders, ship direct from our Elgin, IL distribution warehouse center and are shipped prepaid via best way. Your approved service and delivery charges will be added to your invoice upon check out. 

  • Stock packaging supply orders cannot be changed or canceled after you check out. We ship/offer by the most economical method at current carrier rates.  

  • We use UPS whenever possible.  Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier Freight.  

  • Only custom packaging orders can ship on customers designated common carrier collect, or UPS/Fedex accounts.

Payment Options

Within the U.S. we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal.  
Payment is due at the time of order.  Orders over $3000 require ACH electronic bank payment or check prepay with a 10day order hold.
Overseas customers please contact us for payment information.

Minimum Order

We do not have a minimum dollar order on our stock packaging shipping supplies through our shipping supplies warehouse webstore.  
Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in.
Specialty packaging items may have a minimum case quantity, or a minimum invoice or lot charge.
